About Me
Prior to pausing my career to become a full-time mom, growing three beautiful sons, I designed and developed web sites for 7 years. Ready to get back to the work I love I enrolled in a web development certification course in the Spring of 2022 through Salt Lake Community College. I wanted to ensure I was current with current web development languages and best practices.
My favorite part of my job is helping clients connect with the world online. I value purpose-driven design that keeps the client’s goals and end-user experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a busy mom, I understand the importance of clear design that considers the user’s limited attention and time; user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use are something I am passionate about.
I love the concept of growth. After graduating from college with a BS in Sociology, I taught myself to code and design using books and online resources. I am not only willing to put in the work to learn new things, I am excited to constantly learn new things.
I am currently interested in restarting my work in web design and development as a freelance developer or employee. If you are looking for a growth-minded skilled collaborator who knows how to work hard (I have three sons, after all), I would love to talk.

Web Design
I am skilled in creating beautiful, user-focused web design to specifically support your goals. I am experienced with various design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, and collaborating with other designers.
Web Development
I have several years of experience as web developer in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. I also have experience with jQuery and developing with Bootstrap. I develop using clean code and best practices for Search Engine Optimization.
Content Management
I develop web sites using a variety of content management systems including galleries, events calendars, small online stores, and fully customized WordPress sites.
Maintenance & Support
When the development of your web site is complete and it is ready to be deployed, I can train you to use any CMS or analytics services we have implemented. I am also available to maintain your site on an ongoing basis.

I love working together with my clients and other professionals to make sure the final product we create will fully support your goals and exceed your expectations.
